Returns & Refund Policy (EU Legal Compliance Version – Firework Boutique)

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your request before the withdrawal period has expired.


2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay
  • Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment

3. Return Conditions

You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of:

  • Sex toys and intimate devices once the hygiene seal has been broken
  • Lubricants, gels, oils, and similar personal care products once opened
  • Lingerie or intimate apparel that has been worn or is not in a resellable condition
  • Any product that shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging

Returned goods must be complete, unused (where applicable), and properly protected for transport.


4. Return Authorization (RMA Requirement)

All returns must be requested and authorized prior to shipment.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support within the applicable legal period
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Where applicable, provide photo or video evidence (damage, defect, or incorrect item)
  4. Wait for return authorization instructions before shipping the product

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the item, or
  • Refund of the purchase price

We may request supporting evidence (photos or videos) to assess the claim.

If confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds will be processed:

  • Without undue delay
  • No later than 14 days from approval of the return or receipt of proof of return shipment

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items → return shipping covered by Firework Boutique
  • Voluntary returns (withdrawal) → return shipping costs are borne by the customer

8. Return Logistics & RMA Handling

Returned products must be:

  • Properly packaged to avoid transport damage
  • Complete with all accessories and original components
  • Sent only to the address provided in the return authorization

We operate a structured return authorization (RMA) system to ensure proper handling, inspection, and processing of all returns.


9. Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No external indication of contents is visible on the package.


10. Legal Compliance

This policy is drafted in accordance with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
  • National consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence

In case of conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
